ET1 Claim Form – Accuracy Checker

You have received an ‘ET1’ from the Employment Tribunal.  Don’t panic: we have 28 days to prepare and submit a response, which is more than enough time.

Please do make a diary note of the deadline for submitting a response and make sure we do not accidentally overlook this.  I will do the same.

The Response Form (or ‘ET3’) is our opportunity to set the record straight and tell the story from our perspective.  To get us started, please provide answers to the questions below and click ‘submit’.

If you don’t know the answers to any questions (or you are unsure), don’t worry, we can work out what needs to be said later, so just leave the answers blank.

If you don’t hear from me within 2 days of submitting the form, please call me to make sure I have received it.

This is important because a claim can only be taken against the correct legal entity, and this must also be the same as on the ACAS Early Concilliation forms
