Election of Employee Representatives

The Company is proposing to transfer the business undertaking in which you are employed business to a new legal entity. Details of the new legal entity are in the email that provided you with access to this web page.

In order to comply with its obligations under the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 the Company must inform employee representatives about the transfer (and consult with them if any ‘measures’ are proposed).

As an employee of the Company, you are entitled to nominate an individual for election as an employee representative and / or to nominate yourself as an employee representative. All nominees must be an employees of the Company and affected by the transfer.

If you are nominating another employee you must have first obtained that person’s consent to be nominated.

If elected, the employee representative will serve until the end of the consultation process.

Nominations can be made using the form below. All nominations must be made within 7 days of the date of the email that provided you with access to this web page.

A maximum of 5 employee representatives will be elected.
If this (or a smaller) number of nominations is received, nominees will automatically become employee representatives.

However, if more nominations are received than the number of vacancies, the Company will call a ballot so that you and the other employees may elect representatives.

The data controller for your personal data is your employer and your personal data (i.e. name and email address) will be processed on the basis of the legal requirement that it consult with employee representatives and for the sole purpose of arranging the election of employee representatives who will then receive information regarding the TUPE transfer.

Your personal data will be shared with those who are elected as employee representatives. The controller does not intend to transfer your personal data to a third country or international organisation. Your personal data as provided in the form above will be processed for the duration of the consultation period only and will be deleted thereafter.

You have the right to request access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning yourself or to object to processing you also have the right to data portability.
